CARIS Launches CARIS Onboard

CARIS has released its processing and mapping application, CARIS Onboard. 

CARIS Onboard has been designed to work with survey launches, autonomous underwater vehicles and unmanned surface vehicles, the company said.

“We are very excited to announce the official release of CARIS Onboard, this is a highly sophisticated data processing service that highlights a move in the industry towards greater automation, which is essential as data volumes and data sources increase,” said Dr. Salem Masry, President and CEO of CARIS.

CARIS Onboard is supported by the CSAR framework and designed to function in both high and low bandwidth environments including remote operations.
