Oceanlinx to Deploy Wave Energy Device Offshore Australia
Renewable energy developer, Oceanlinx, is hoping to install its wave energy device offshore Port MacDonnell later this year, ABC news site informed.
The company is still waiting for the $7 million project approval from the Federal Government.
Oceanlinx CEO Ali Baghaei commented: “We have also spent obviously a lot of money with respect to third-party consultations and designs and so forth and that is also at our own risk.”
